This article is meant to guide you on the process of creating a new Ticket for our Costumer Support Team


TABLE OF CONTENTS


From your Appliance GUI

  1. Access your SynetoOS GUI and go to the "help" dashboard
  2. Select "Open" on the Open a ticket box
  3. Fill in your information and detailed explanation of the issue


From Syneto Portal

  1. Go to https://helpdesk.syneto.eu/
  2. Login if you already had signed up in the portal, if not proceed to complete the sign up
  3. After you Login you'll now see on the home page the "NewSupport Ticket" option
  4. Complete the ticket form with all details required.
    Before submitting the request, please be sure to confirm all contact and product information.


Sending an email 

You can also create a ticket by sending us a direct communication through our email address  support@syneto.eu.


Please include the following information:

  • Product SN
  • Your name
  • Phone contact
  • Detailed information of the issue
