This article is meant to guide you on the process of creating a new Ticket for our Costumer Support Team

From your Appliance GUI
- Access your SynetoOS GUI and go to the "help" dashboard
- Select "Open" on the Open a ticket box
- Fill in your information and detailed explanation of the issue
From Syneto Portal
- Go to https://helpdesk.syneto.eu/
- Login if you already had signed up in the portal, if not proceed to complete the sign up
- After you Login you'll now see on the home page the "NewSupport Ticket" option
- Complete the ticket form with all details required.
Before submitting the request, please be sure to confirm all contact and product information.
Sending an email
You can also create a ticket by sending us a direct communication through our email address support@syneto.eu.
Please include the following information:
- Product SN
- Your name
- Phone contact
- Detailed information of the issue
