This article is meant to guide you on the process of creating a new Ticket for our Costumer Support Team


How to Open a Ticket 


From your Appliance GUI 

Step 1: Access SynetoOS Web UI

Step 2: Access Help panel

  • From the available tool bar of yourUI go to the Help panel

Step 3: Open a ticket 

  • From the Open a ticket box, select Open to create a new request
  • Fill in your information and detailed explanation of the issue
  • Finish the process by sending your request



From Syneto Portal

Step 1: Navigate from your browser to Syneto Portal

Step 2: Login

  • Login if you already had signed up in the portal, if not proceed to complete the sign up
  • After you Login, hit NewSupport Ticket option from our portal homepage

Step 3: Submit a Ticket

  • Complete the ticket form with all details required.
    Before submitting the request, please be sure to confirm all contact and product information.



Sending an email

You can also create a ticket by sending us a direct communication through our email address  support@syneto.eu.


Please include the following information:

  • Product SN
  • Your name
  • Phone contact
  • Detailed information of the issue
