This article will guide you on how to enable the Serenity service on your appliance
Step 1: Access SynetoOS GUI and go to the "Help" panel
- Accessing the SynetoOS GUI you'll find on the top right side of the screen the ? symbol dedicated for our Help panel
Step 2: Find the Serenity box
- After opening the Help panel, you'll find on the right corner the Serenity box with the button to enable/disable it
Step 3: Enable the service and confirm Remote Support status
- To enable the service click on the mentioned button, it should appear green as shown on the bellow image.
Confirm that the remote support is enable.
If the service appears as enable but the Remote Support status is offline, proceed to disable and re-enable the service to sync the status of both services
