When you lost or forgot your password to access https://central.syneto.eu/ please follow step below to reset it.

#1 Navigate to https://central.syneto.eu/ and click on "Forgot Password"

#2 Type your email address previously registered in Syneto Central and click "Send"

Note: If address are not registered you will receive a notification error "Failed to send password reset instructions."

#3 A green alert will appear to confirm the procedure

#4 Go in your personal mail account and click on reset link 

#5 Type your new password twice and click "Send"

#6 Insert your mail address and your new password and click "Log in"

#7 Download Google Authenticator for Android, IOS, Chrome Browser, scan the QR code to add in your app and insert the code to "Confirm"

#8 You are now logged in your Syneto Central Dashboard
