How to generate SynetoOS Support Bundle
Step 1: Access SynetoOS GUI
Step 2: Open the Help panel
- From the upper toolbar, select the Help icon to open its panel

Step 3: Generate Support Bundle
- From the Help panel, find the Support Bundle box from where you'll be able to generate support bundle
- Click on Generate Support Bundle and wait until the archive will be successfully created and ready to download

Step 4: Download the Support Bundle
- Now that the Bundle file was generated on your endpoint, proceed to download and upload the file on : files.syneto.eu/s/upload
- Clean up the downloaded file from your appliance, after the operation is completed.
