Applies to: SynetoOS 4.4 and later
To start generating the support bundle a please login to SynetoOS UI.
1. From Dashboard click on "Help"
2. Click on "Generate Support Bundle" and wait until the archive will be successfully created and ready to download
3. Click on "Download support bundle"
3. After support bundle has been successfully downloaded on your endpoint, then upload the archive to files.syneto.eu/s/upload and notice us your upload
4. You can click "Cleanup" to delete it from Syneto OS
