If during a new Syneto appliance activation you receive the message "Activation failed: undefined"



Check your network settings:

 

1. Verify to have a working DNS configuration


2. If DHCP is enabled, try configuring SynetoOS using a static IP


3. Check main Firewall or others security devices blocks


Note: An Internet connection is required to first SynetoOS activation.
