To start the procedure of enabling the remote support enter the ESXi hypervisor then open the CLI.

Once the CLI has been opened the next steps must be done:

        1.Login in the CLI using user admin and current password:

        2.Type the command: support enable 

        3.In order to disable the remote support type the command : support disable
