1. Login to SynetoOS and create a new Datastore clicking "Datastores" on left menu and "New Datastore" on top, give a name and chose the workload type

2. Login to ESXi click on "Virtual Machines" and "Create/Register VM"

3. Follow the wizard completing all required fields

4. Select the storage previously created than "next"

5. Customise settings as you need (CPU, RAM, DISK size, NETWORK, etc.) and select the iso file to install the OS click "next" than "finish"

6. Start VM clicking "Power on"
