When Syneto hosts are joined to a vCenter Server there are situations when we would need the logs from the entire cluster/ datacenter in order to investigate issue regarding infrastructure functionality.

For this you need to go to your vCenter web console management to https://appliance-IP-address-or-FQDN:5480/ui/summary and from actions please select the "Create Support Bundle" option as shown bellow


The exemple is made from version 6.7 and it might be different depending on your version of vCenter.
