• if your hardware maintenance plan is active, all transport fees for hardware replacements are included in your plan.

  • If your maintenance plan is expired, you will receive a quotation for the new replacement part.

                           - if you accept it, you will receive a quote and we will proceed with sending the replacement part.

                           - if you do not accept it, the ticket request will be closed and you will have to proceed with the replacement of the defective component without the assistance of Syneto technical agents.
