Before you contact Syneto Customer Support you should have the following information available:
• Serial Number of the Syneto Appliance.
• Description of the issue encountered and the severity level of it. Please see Priority Levels
• System model and model number (example: Hyper Series 3210).
• Current version of the operating system (Syneto controller VM and ESX). Example SynetoOS
4.3.0 and VMware ESXi Version: 6.5.0
Accurate and timely issue resolution depends on accurate and timely information being provided to our Syneto Customer Support team. In case of any recent environment changes, if possible, please include any screenshots, or error messages and log files when reporting an issue.
